Our Process
Discuss Project Goals and Scope
At the start of each project, we communicate with the client using Zoom, phone, or email to understand their needs and the project's scope. We set clear timelines, expectations, and goals for the project to ensure we can work efficiently within the agreed upon budget. Once everyone is on the same page with expectations, we provide a proposal that includes the cost, timeframe, and deliverables.
Provide Plans, Furniture Specs, and Finishes
Once we’ve determined scope and decided to move forward with the project, the next step is gathering the assets needed to translate the design into the final rendered images/video as needed for the project. These assets can include:
Architectural Construction Drawings
Site Plans
Landscape Plans
Interior furniture design layouts
Design inspiration images
Finish Selections
We coordinate with all participants to gather and review the provided assets to determine usability and quality.
Preliminary Rendering Review
Upon receipt of assets, we complete the draft preliminary renderings for review by all participants and open up a dialog about changes and edits to the images/video for final
